💧 How to Sow:
Directly sow outdoors from March to July in sunny, fertile, and well-drained soil. Sow seeds 3 cm (1″) deep and 30 cm (12″) apart in rows. Germination takes 12–24 days. When seedlings appear, thin to 10 cm (4″) spacing. Keep the soil moist to prevent the plants from bolting.

Water regularly to keep the soil cool and moist. Harvest roots anytime from June to October, once they reach about 3 cm (1″) in diameter. For winter storage, place harvested beets in boxes of moist sand and keep them in a frost-free shed or garage until mid-spring.
